The region manager will lead branch managers and staff to achieve financial targets, enhance service delivery, and maintain operational efficiency.</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability across the region.</li><li>Oversee the performance of multiple retail bank branches to ensure they meet sales, revenue, and customer service goals.</li><li>Lead, coach, and develop branch managers and teams to enhance performance and professional growth.</li><li>Lead community engagement activities for the region and be actively involved in local community organizations</li><li>Monitor and ensure compliance with banking regulations, company policies, and industry standards.</li><li>Analyze market trends and customer needs to enhance product offerings and service delivery.</li><li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, and key stakeholders.</li><li>Implement effective risk management policies to minimize financial and operational risks.</li><li>Work collaboratively with marketing, product development, and other departments to improve customer experience and engagement.</li><li>Prepare and present performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure that operational efficiency and high-quality service are consistently maintained across all branches.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Qualifications and Requirements:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field (Master&rsquo;s degree preferred).</li><li>Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Excellent understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.</li><li>Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills.</li><li>Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.</li></ul><ul><li>As required, must be compliant with Loan Officer Qualification Requirement of the SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act and Regulation Z.</li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>The role requires frequent travel within the assigned region to visit branches and attend meetings.</li><li>May involve extended work hours to meet business needs and deadlines.</li></ul><ul><li>Typically, the employee may sit to perform their work.
