Schedule and cost variances must be identified and explanations, both written and verbal, provided in accordance with strict deadlines. Participate in monthly meetings and present data to LM Senior Management.\nOther duties include:\n-Participation in weekly production scheduling meetings, direct interface with Management to ascertain variance cause, corrective action, and estimated recovery dates, maintaining detailed spreadsheets to track costs for various areas of production and supporting areas.\n-Work with various data systems to support contract proposals for new and existing efforts, and respond to numerous requests for cost estimates.\n-Assist Managers in development of staffing plans and forecasts, and monitoring of weekly labor charges.",
