We exist to help people to live more complete and independent lives. </span><br><br><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">In this role, you will foster independence while providing necessary living assistance and skill development. </span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Multiple Shifts and Locations available:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Cape Girardeau/Jackson MO Area Part Time Day, Evening, &amp; Night shifts</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Shifts could range from 4 hours to 12 hours in length. This position has a flexible part-time schedule, meaning the number of hours and the days worked may change each week. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Incentivized Professional Development: Direct Support Professional online training with $1600 completion incentive</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Monthly Merit-Based Incentives: Financial rewards for outstanding performance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Possibility for full-time hours in the future as our program continues to grow. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Mileage Reimbursement: $0.63 per mile when working with clients.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Duties and Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist clients according to their Individualized Service Plan (ISP), ensuring their unique needs and goals are met. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Help clients with daily tasks such as shopping, cleaning, cooking, and personal hygiene to promote independence and well-being. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provide personal care including toileting, bathing, dressing and some medical care administration</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Help clients with daily tasks such as catheters, sit to stand, Hoyer lift, bowel routine, transfers, enemas, brief changes, shower. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Safely transport clients to appointments, classes, and community activities, supporting their engagement and participation in our community. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Offer encouragement and companionship, fostering a positive and supportive environment for clients. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span>Utilize de-escalation techniques and behavior management strategies to respond to psychiatric crises and maintain safety.</span></span><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must be over 18 years old </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">GED or High School Diploma </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to pass a background check</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Basic computer skills </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must Have: Valid Driver’s License </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must Have: Own vehicle with current insurance </span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must be able to lift or move 30 to 50 lbs. </span></li>\n<li><span>Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to care for your clients with dignity, patience, and compassion.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>",
