Apply now to embark on a rewarding career at Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel and Spa on Del Monte Golf Course and contribute to our legacy of delivering exceptional hospitality!</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Looking for a hands-on, operation-motivated individual to work alongside our team members, assisting with projects and daily operations. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Following up on daily assignments, PMs, work orders, and general assignments to ensure the work is completed timely and to the expected level of quality workmanship.</li>\n <li>Learn and use the software in place to track assignments in addition to assigning work orders as needed for the day. HotSos is the program we use to manage all work performed here at the hotel. </li>\n <li>Learn how to use this program, as this is how we track all work performed.</li>\n <li>Work closely with the other departments, Housekeeping and Front desk, and build strong relationships with the other department heads to ensure everyone is in alignment.</li>\n <li>This role requires you to interact and be engaged with the guest for any follow-up or request to ensure the highest level of customer service</li>\n <li>Others as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>If you are a hands-on customer service-oriented person and enjoy working with a great team, you're encouraged to apply.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>HVAC systems experience of 3-5 years.</li>\n <li>Previous management or supervisory experience of 2-3 years.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Electrical</li>\n   <li>Electrical controls, VFDs, and electrical mechanical motors, pumps, steam, and domestic boilers</li>\n   <li>Mechanical</li>\n   <li>Preventive maintenance systems</li>\n   <li>Plumbing</li>\n   <li>Pools and water chemistry</li>\n   <li>Fire and life safety systems, fire alarms</li>\n   <li>Elevators and their operation and maintenance</li>\n   <li>And all related engineering disciplines.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Open availability to work any day, any shift, including Weekends and Holidays.</li>\n <li>Basic computer skills, administrative skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p>Davidson Hospitality Group is an award-winning, full-service hospitality management company overseeing hotels, restaurants, dining and entertainment venues across the US.
