We are a team-oriented culture with development opportunities and the ability for individuals to grow within our organization.</strong></p><p><strong>We are growing and looking for Multi-craft Maintenance Technicians to join our 2nd shift (3p-11a) and night shift teams (11p-7a).</strong> This individual will need to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems in an efficient and safe manner throughout the facility. This position is responsible for preventative and mechanical maintenance and must possess knowledge of machine repair. A successful candidate is a self-motivated problem-solver that utilizes a strong work ethic to ensure all quality levels are met. <strong>The ideal candidate has a strong electrical and PLC manufacturing background and possesses the ability to read and understand ladder logic and program HMIs.</strong> Apply today and join a team that values your skills and invests in your future!</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>· Complete mechanical repairs and makes adjustments as needed.</p><p>· Perform preventative maintenance on all machinery as assigned.</p><p>· Successfully troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems.</p><p>· Complete welding and fabrication tasks with little direction.</p><p>· Accountable for entering data into maintenance system timely and accurately.</p><p>· Perform advanced electricity in order to work in the maintenance field safely.</p><p>· Other duties as assigned.</p><p><strong>Desired Experience</strong></p><p>· Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and plumbing</p><p>· Mechanical, welding and cutting skills.</p><p>· Should be capable of reading mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic prints.</p><p>· Good problem-solving skills, safety practices and attention to quality</p><p>· Have workbench and computer skills.</p><p>· Meter usage and ability to complete measurements.</p><p>· 3-5 years of manufacturing experience</p><p>· May require CPR and first aid training.</p><p>· Lockout/tagout, fall protection, PPE, confined space training.</p><p>· Experience with Allen Bradley and Allen Bradley PLC</p><p><strong>Education/Training Required:</strong></p><p>· Minimum of High School Diploma or GED</p><p>· 3-5 plus years of maintenance experience</p><p>· May require CPR and First Aid training</p><p>· Lockout/Tagout, fall protection, PPE, confined spaces training</p><p><strong>Worthington Offers:</strong></p><p>· Excellent Starting Salary - Experienced technicians can earn up to $80,000/year in their first year.</p><p>· <strong>$1500 Sign-On Bonus</strong></p><p>· Day1 Comprehensive Benefit Package</p><p>· We are a Profit-Sharing Company, so you'll see your hard work pay off.</p><p>· Development Opportunities and Growth – We invest in your future through:</p><p>· Structured training programs to enhance technical skills</p><p>· Opportunities to earn industry-recognized certifications</p><p>· Access to leadership development courses for career advancement</p><p>· Cross training to broaden your expertise across multiple disciplines</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><i>Worthington Steel (NYSE:WS) is a metals processor that partners with customers to deliver highly technical and customized solutions.
