    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hiring Immediately!</span><br>Must have valid driver’s license &amp; clean driving record</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Join One of the Fastest-Growing Roofing Teams in the Midwest!</span></p>\n<p>Farha Roofing — an award-winning, family-owned company — is seeking an experienced and driven <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Residential Roofing Superintendent</span> to lead our Kansas City production team.</p>\n<p>If you’re a strong leader with residential roofing experience, take pride in delivering high-quality work, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to grow with a company that values integrity, teamwork, and excellence.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee all residential roofing production from start to finish</li>\n<li>Manage and support subcontractor crews, ensuring quality workmanship and efficiency</li>\n<li>Schedule jobs, coordinate materials, deliveries, and equipment</li>\n<li>Conduct job site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with manufacturer specifications and local codes</li>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact between crews, Project Managers, and homeowners when needed</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot job site challenges and implement solutions quickly</li>\n<li>Review and manage change orders and job costs</li>\n<li>Lead and participate in production and scheduling meetings</li>\n<li>Drive continuous improvement in processes, efficiency, and customer satisfaction</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Residential roofing experience required</span> (Superintendent or similar role preferred)</li>\n<li>Strong leadership and crew management skills</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities</li>\n<li>Ability to read work orders, scopes, and manufacturer specifications</li>\n<li>Comfortable climbing roofs and lifting up to 80 lbs</li>\n<li>Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once</li>\n<li>Tech-capable (smartphone, apps, basic computer systems)</li>\n<li>Must pass a drug and background check</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span><br></span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Background Check Requirement</span></span></span></p>\n<p>Because this position involves driving, handling materials, and access to job sites and company property, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">successful completion of a background check is required as a condition of employment.</span> Certain criminal convictions may disqualify candidates based on job-related criteria, including safety, driving responsibility, and protection of company and customer property.
