          "text": "<p><strong>2024 USA Today Top Workplace!</strong></p><p>Cooper Auto Group is accepting applications for an experienced service technician at our state of the art 36,000 sqft Reconditioning Center.&#xa0;</p><ul><li><strong>Competitive Hourly Pay Rate</strong></li><li><strong>Mon - Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Rotating every third Saturday</strong></li></ul><p>The reconditioning center supports Cooper Auto Group retail dealerships by providing all necessary maintenance/repairs prior to market. This is a high volume operation and a tremendous opportunity to gain valuable experience in an industry that is in high demand.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Diagnoses issues based on experience, analysis, and testing</li><li>Performs routine service inspections or tests and completes standard maintenance jobs</li><li>Repairs automobiles and light trucks as assigned</li><li>Maintains cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs</li><li>Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards</li><li>Helps maintain shop appearance and safety standards and ensures the shop runs in an efficient manner by performing duties such as inventory stocking and other general functions</li><li>Follows all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules</li><li>Attends all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned</li></ul>",
