With our entrepreneurial philosophy, there is truly nothing holding you back.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Starting as an Accountant, you are executing accounting procedures and principles that will lead to financial statement, preparation, and financial analysis.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare financial statements</li>\n <li>Perform branch audit evaluations</li>\n <li>Assemble bank reconciliation and account schedule</li>\n <li>Prepare journal entries, expense accruals and allocations</li>\n <li>Participate in a timely and accurate month-end closing process</li>\n <li>Assist personnel with questions regarding accounting policies and procedures</li>\n <li>Analyze income statements fluctuations </li>\n <li>Provide process improvement and cost saving ideas</li>\n <li>Managing financial records, assist in financial reporting</li>\n <li>Support budgeting and forecasting</li>\n <li>Conduct audits and ensure compliance</li>\n <li>Collaborate with other departments</li>\n <li>May be responsible for T& E reports, coding, account classification and reimbursement amounts</li>\n <li>May be responsible for preparation and sales and other tax returns</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Must have a 4-year bachelor’s degree in<strong> Accounting or Finance</strong> (Accounting preferred) from an accredited Canadian University or an international equivalent as recognized by the <strong>World Education Services (WES)</strong> and/or Citizenship Canada (IRCC).</li>\n   <li>Must have intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word</li>\n   <li>Must have a valid Canadian driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.</li>\n   <li>No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DUI/DWI) within the past 5 years.</li>\n   <li>Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.</li>\n   <li>Must be at least 18 years old.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Posted Salary Range</h2>CAD $30.00 / Hour",
