Come, stay, and grow with us.</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Functional Process Knowledge in Procurement process and Extended warehouse management.   </li>\n <li>Conducts business process analysis, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analysis in an effort to align information technology solutions with business initiatives.   </li>\n <li>Prioritizes requests and works with IT Delivery group for planning and scheduling of IT resources. </li>\n <li>Under minimal supervision formulates and defines system scope and objectives to develop or modify information systems.  Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. </li>\n <li>Competent to work on most phases of application system analysis and design activities.  Prepares charts and diagrams to support problem and/or design solution documentation. </li>\n <li>Capability to mine and analyze business transactional data to identify/quantify business and/or systems issues.</li>\n <li>Project manager for small to medium projects. </li>\n <li>Prior experience working with US Based business counterparts</li>\n <li>Experience in conducting remote business requirements sessions </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>7 – 12 years of SAP R/3 configuration skills in the process area of MM and EWM (> 5 years) </li>\n <li>Strong understanding of <strong>end-to-end logistics processes</strong>. </li>\n <li>Strong knowledge in <strong>MM</strong> – Procurement process and Inventory management </li>\n <li>Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize processes in: Purchase Requisition / Purchase Order ,Goods Receipt & Issue,Material Master Management ,Vendor Management ,Release strategies </li>\n <li>Resolve issues related to GR/IR discrepancies, Stock transport orders, Subcontracting,Consignment, Thirdparty procurement </li>\n <li>Strong knowledge in <strong>EWM</strong> processes: Inbound / Outbound process,Put away, Picking, Packing, Staging, and Shipping,Physical Inventory, Internal Warehouse Movements</li>\n <li><strong> Hands-on experience with: </strong></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Warehouse Structure (Storage types, Sections, Bins) </li>\n   <li>RF Framework & Configuration </li>\n   <li>Queue Monitoring & Error Resolution</li>\n   <li>Post-processing Framework (PPF)</li>\n   <li>EWM – ERP integration </li>\n   <li>Work with interfaces such as IDoc, qRFC monitoring, CIF issues. </li>\n   <li>Work closely with ABAP team for bug fixes/RICEFW developments. </li>\n   <li>Handle incidents, service requests, and change requests within SLA.  </li>\n   <li>Perform detailed root cause analysis for problem tickets and implement permanent fixes. </li>\n   <li>Analyze and implement small enhancements and change requests. </li>\n   <li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams (FI, SD, PP, TM) </li>\n   <li>Good communication skills for working with business users and global teams</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>    Nice to Have </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Understanding of SAP ABAP programming language is desirable but not required </li>\n <li>Experience in S/4HANA MM & TM (added advantage). </li>\n <li>Excellent critical thinking aptitude </li>\n <li>Experience working with other integration platforms like GIS, SAP PI/PO is a plus</li>\n</ul>",
