A successful candidate will bring hands-on experience managing CRM programs (Salesforce preferred), combined with a working business analysis background to ensure requirements clarity, scope discipline, and value-driven outcomes.\n Responsibilities\n Project & Program Delivery Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise data initiatives (e.g., data platforms, integrations, quality, governance, analytics enablement) and CRM / Salesforce programs (e.g., enhancements, migrations, integrations, releases).\n Own project planning, execution, risk management, dependencies, timelines, and delivery outcomes across both portfolios.\n Drive disciplined execution using appropriate Agile, hybrid, or waterfall methodologies based on initiative complexity and stakeholder needs.\n Ensure alignment between business objectives, technical delivery, and data integrity .\n Stakeholder & Communication Management Act as a trusted delivery partner to senior business and technology stakeholders , demonstrating confidence, clarity, and professional assertiveness.\n Facilitate executive-level status updates, steering discussions, risk escalations, and decision forums.\n Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and actionable communication for non-technical audiences.\n Proactively manage expectations, scope, and trade-offs in fast-moving, high-visibility initiatives.\n Cross-Functional & Team Leadership Coordinate delivery across data engineers, CRM administrators, developers, architects, business analysts, and vendors .\n Establish clear roles, responsibilities, delivery milestones, and accountability across distributed teams.\n Ensure delivery teams operate with high standards of documentation, communication, and delivery discipline.\n Business Analysis & Requirements Enablement Partner with business and technical teams to define, validate, and refine requirements , ensuring alignment to business outcomes.\n Apply foundational business analysis skills (process mapping, requirement decomposition, acceptance criteria, dependency analysis).\n Ensure requirements are traceable through delivery and reflected accurately in final solutions.\n Governance, Quality & Continuous Improvement Enforce project governance standards, documentation, and delivery best practices.\n Identify delivery risks, execution gaps, and process inefficiencies; proactively recommend and implement improvements.\n Support a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across data and CRM initiatives.\n Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience managing CRM programs , with Salesforce strongly preferred\n Strong background delivering enterprise technology projects , ideally spanning d ata platforms, integrations, analytics, and CRM systems.\n Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders with confidence, emotional intelligence, and appropriate assertiveness.\n Exceptional written and verbal communication skills , especially in a global delivery model.\n Working knowledge of business analysis practices , including requirements gathering, documentation, and validation.\n Experience coordinating delivery across onshore and offshore teams , with a strong ownership mindset.\n Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.\n Ability to operate effectively in matrixed reporting structures and complex enterprise ecosystems.\n High standards for delivery quality, accountability, and professionalism.\n Education & Experience\n Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field required.\n Master’s degree (MBA, MIS, or equivalent) is preferred but not required with relevant experience.\n Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in project or program management within enterprise technology environments.\n Demonstrated experience managing CRM / Salesforce projects is required.\n Experience supporting data, analytics, or integration initiatives is strongly preferred.\n Prior experience working with offshore delivery teams, particularly in India, is required.\n Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe certification\n Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, or equivalent)\n Agile or Scrum certifications (CSM, SAFe Agilist)\n The working hours for this role will align with UK business hours.",
