If you possess a strong work ethic, thrive on meeting deadlines, and have a background in office administration, we encourage you to apply.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Responsibilities:</p>\n<p>Coordinate Chemical Routes:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organize and coordinate chemical routes for our drivers, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.</li>\n<li>Oversee scheduling and optimize routes for improved productivity.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Warehouse Management:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organize and maintain the office warehouse and common areas.</li>\n<li>Manage supply inventory and restocking to meet demand.</li>\n<li>Maintain office equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Fleet Management:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the company fleet, ensuring it remains in good condition.</li>\n<li>Conduct regular inspections of the company fleet and schedule necessary repairs.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with drivers to address fleet-related concerns.</li>\n<li>Ensure drivers keep a log on vehicle’s condition before and after usage to promote safety.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Data Management:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create, maintain, and enter information into databases for effective record-keeping.</li>\n<li>Assist with word processing and spreadsheet preparation when needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong sense of discretion and professionalism.</li>\n<li>High school diploma or associate degree.</li>\n<li>2+ years of experience as an office assistant or in a related field.</li>\n<li>Clear writing ability and proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.</li>\n<li>Warm personality with excellent communication skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively under limited supervision.</li>\n<li>Proficiency with Apple products (Numbers, Pages, etc.).</li>\n<li>CDL driver's license is a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Physical Requirements:</p>\n<p>Qualified individuals must be capable of performing essential duties with or without accommodation.
