  "key_responsibilities": "<div><!--block--><strong>The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:</strong></div><ul><li><!--block-->Work directly with other Field Engineers (and independently) directing and planning the efforts of others and maintain accountability for work accuracy and completeness</li><li><!--block-->Train individuals on work processes and technical requirements as required</li><li><!--block-->Maintain records as required regarding job progress, costs, material usage, etc.</li><li><!--block-->May assist in detailed planning and scheduling of job and/or job segments</li><li><!--block-->Investigate problems and/or reported incidents; identify and recommend solutions/alternates as appropriate</li><li><!--block-->Review plans and specifications to determine material requirements (quantities and qualities), pricing of materials, etc.</li><li><!--block-->Work with suppliers as required by facilitating the handling and expediting the delivery of materials</li><li><!--block-->Aid in estimating projects as required to include quantity take-offs</li><li><!--block-->Assist with Submittals, RFIs and Change Orders</li><li><!--block-->Performing other duties as assigned</li></ul>",
