Sanders Beach Rentals is a luxury vacation rental management company with more than 20 years of experience serving homeowners and guests along beautiful Scenic Highway 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. We are seeking a full-time Housekeeping Inspector to join our Housekeeping Team. The person who succeeds in this role isn't just detail-oriented—they care. They care about the guest arriving after a long day of travel. They care about supporting their teammates during busy turnovers. They care enough to notice the small things that others might miss. looking for someone who values teamwork over ego, solutions over complaints, and takes pride in helping the entire team succeed. The ideal candidate brings a positive attitude, works well under pressure, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and understands that great hospitality happens when people consistently show up for one another. What You Will Do: Inspect assigned properties to ensure they meet company standards for cleanliness, presentation, safety, and guest readiness Identify, correct, and report issues that do not meet company standards, including housekeeping, maintenance, inventory, and safety concerns Perform cleaning touch-ups and assist with cleaning tasks when necessary to ensure properties are ready for guest arrival Conduct full or partial cleans when operational needs require Assist with linen quality checks and ensure linens meet company standards Communicate findings clearly and professionally with Housekeeping leadership and other departments Build positive working relationships with team members, guests, homeowners, and vendors Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment Keys to Success: Genuine passion for hospitality and serving others Positive attitude and ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Team-first mindset and willingness to help wherever needed Professional communication skills and ability to work well with others Ability to adapt to changing priorities and busy turnover schedules Commitment to contributing to a positive workplace culture Previous housekeeping experience in vacation rentals, hospitality, hotels, or a related field preferred Requirements and Qualifications: Proof of eligibility to work in the United States High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma Must have reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License Ability to work flexible hours and required weekend work Must be able to climb stairs both inside and outside frequently lift up to 40 lbs Benefits of Employment: Paid Vacation Paid Holidays Medical Insurance (100% company paid plan option) Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Company paid Life Insurance and AD&D policies Company paid Short Term Disability 401 K with a 3% company contribution Company vehicle for use during work hours All the equipment and training you'll need to be successful
