This role focuses on executing nonconformance and corrective action processes and supporting process improvement initiatives across departments. The specialist plays a key role in sustaining product quality, maintaining accurate records, and promoting a strong culture of quality throughout the organization.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><strong>:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>15% - QMS Optimization &amp; Maintenance</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist with effective Quality Management System throughout the company</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist with audits &ndash; internal, and supplier</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist with maintaining the Quality Manuals, Quality Procedures, SOP&rsquo;s, Work Instructions &amp; other QMS documentation, &amp; ensure contents are appropriate for the business&nbsp;</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>75% - Documentation / Monitoring / Reporting</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist in maintenance of the nonconformance reporting (NCR) system and assist closure on internal and external NCs by following up with assigned persons</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Verify effectiveness of implemented corrective actions in response to NC&rsquo;s and RCCA&rsquo;s</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support the resulting process improvement activities of NC&rsquo;s, KPI review &amp; RCCA</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Execute assigned calibration of measurement equipment to meet QMS requirements</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manufacturing record retention e.g. Scanning and/or filing paper checklists</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist with Mold Tracking, Preventive Maintenance &amp; Reconditioning process</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">RMA and Scrap processing</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinate with Quality Engineering and Supply Chain to communicate Supplier Nonconformance (SCAR) as required</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Participate in continuous improvement activities (e.g. &ndash;
