We combine industry partnerships and long-term federal experience with innovative technical leadership to support our customers’ critical missions.\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Design, develop, and maintain <strong>Tableau dashboards, reports, and data applications</strong>  </li>\n <li>Translate requirements into <strong>data models, visualization logic, and performant queries</strong>  </li>\n <li>Integrate Tableau with <strong>data warehouses, data lakes, and analytics platforms</strong>  </li>\n <li>Optimize <strong>dashboard performance, extracts, and query execution</strong> for large datasets  </li>\n <li>Implement <strong>security, access controls, and governed data access</strong> within Tableau  </li>\n <li>Troubleshoot application, data, and performance issues across environments  </li>\n <li>Support <strong>deployment, promotion, and version control</strong> of Tableau content  </li>\n <li>Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure <strong>data accuracy and usability</strong>  </li>\n <li>Maintain documentation for <strong>data sources, logic, and application design</strong>  Support application upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance  </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant experience  </li>\n <li><strong>5+ years of experience</strong> developing enterprise analytics or reporting applications  </li>\n <li>Strong hands-on experience with <strong>Tableau development</strong>  </li>\n <li>Strong <strong>SQL</strong> and data modeling skills  </li>\n <li>Experience integrating Tableau with enterprise data platforms  </li>\n <li>Experience optimizing performance for large-scale analytics workloads  </li>\n <li>Experience troubleshooting application and data issues  </li>\n <li>Experience working in <strong>Agile</strong> environments  </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with <strong>Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud</strong>  </li>\n <li>Experience with <strong>data governance, certification, and access control</strong>  </li>\n <li>Experience with <strong>AWS, Databricks, or cloud data platforms</strong>  </li>\n <li>Experience supporting federal or regulated environments  </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Clearance Requirement</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be a <strong>U.S. Citizen</strong> with the ability to obtain and maintain <strong>U.S. suitability</strong>  </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About Acuity</strong></p>\n<p>At Acuity, your work matters—and so does your experience.
