    "description_html": "<p>ProSource360 Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking <strong>Instructional Systems Designers (ISD)</strong> to support the <strong>United States Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine (USAFSAM)</strong> within the <strong>Academic Development Branch (EDED)</strong> at <strong>Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio</strong>. This on-site position supports course design, development, validation, and evaluation for both in-resident and online training programs. The ISD role plays a key part in supporting graphics, multimedia, and video production efforts across USAFSAM education initiatives.<em> </em><em><strong>This role is on site and would be on base M-F from 7:30am-4:30pm.</strong></em></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide educational expertise in the creation of multimedia, graphics, and media projects in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), project managers, and production teams</li><li>Recommend instructional platforms, media formats, development tools, and delivery methods tailored to training objectives</li><li>Develop and test online courseware, analyze performance data, and provide comprehensive recommendations for improvement</li><li>Create training plans and guide the validation phase of the ISD process to ensure objectives and proficiency levels are met</li><li>Edit written curriculum content and ensure accuracy in grammar, spelling, formatting, and syntax</li><li>Participate in educationally related initiatives, such as e-learning development and continuity planning</li><li>Apply all components of the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) instructional design model</li><li>Design instructional materials including copy, instructional and audio/video scripts</li><li>Utilize various government-provided software tools as needed</li><li>Attend required project and team meetings</li><li>Analyze student feedback from course evaluations and field surveys, and provide actionable improvement recommendations</li><li>Lead project intake activities: coordinating scope, storyboard projects, schedule content reviews, and manage approvals</li><li>Provide educational consultation throughout all stages of multimedia development to ensure instructional soundness</li><li>Support other duties as assigned by the Technical Advisor or Course Director</li><li>Attend and participate in all required training and meetings</li></ul>",
