font-family: georgia, serif;\">Quality (For BH Sites)</span><ol><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Organize and provide summary reports that alert the BH Quality Improvement Manager and the Clinical Manager to upcoming chart compliance requirements.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Ensure compliance with regulatory notices, safety practices and environment of care standards.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Conduct quality control test calls to assess veracity and quality of service claims.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Conduct internal audits of charts to ensure compliance with State (DHCS) standards, as well as county contract standards.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Master use of the most current EHR to which they are assigned; create templates to pull required data for monitoring and compliance reasons.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Monitor provider documentation for technical compliance and accuracy.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Monitor and facilitate staff compliance with HIPAA, W&amp;IC and other efforts to preserve the integrity of protected health information.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Track and report volume of service by team and provider.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Establishes positive working relationships with the applicable county representatives and ensures accurate staffing reports for EHR, and EHR/mandatory training compliance.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Comply with established Clinica Sierra Vista policies.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Always maintain confidentiality and security.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">May be responsible for the monitoring and follow up for more than one program.</li></ol><p style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Quality (For SUD sites)</span></p><ol><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Maintain compliance to Medi-Cal certification</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Submitting the daily census for all SUD sites</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Submit required monthly reporting<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; font-size: initial; font-family: initial;\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: georgia, serif;\">Client roster, PC 1000, white form, etc</li></ul></li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;
