The employee will:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Treat everyone with dignity and respect</li>\n<li>Honor and support rights and confidentiality</li>\n<li>Promote the best possible health with protection from abuse, neglect and exploitation</li>\n<li>Engage with honesty, integrity, and ethical standards in actions and communications</li>\n<li>Comply with applicable laws and regulations to prevent fraud, waste, conflict of interest, and inaccuracy in record-keeping</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JOB SUMMARY</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work as a team with another RN and our Residential Program staff to ensure that individuals served in CCAR Industries’ eight group homes (2-6 residents per home) receive quality care and that their medical needs are met.</li>\n<li>Responsible for coordinating nursing services for our eight residential homes and three day programs, including medication administration.</li>\n<li>Become a Registered Nurse-Trainer of Medication Administration to train and provide oversight to the direct support staff who work in our group homes.</li>\n<li>Monitor accurate completion of medication administration tasks and all related documentation, including checking-in and distributing medication, tracking medication errors and reviewing MARs.</li>\n<li>The RN will be provided with an agency cell phone and laptop to use when they are on-call outside of standard business hours.
