Shift Information: 2nd shift M-F 4:00 pm - 12:00 am Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned as needed Responsible for the prompt setup and changeover of production machines. Perform routine checks to verify the quality of products, record findings, and adjust equipment settings as necessary to maintain quality standards. Performs preventive maintenance inspections, including minor maintenance of machines. Thoroughly cleans machines and machine parts, removing and reinstalling them as necessary. Records and reports damaged, worn, or broken parts. installs replacement parts for machines. Identifies the causes of unexpected breakdowns of machines. Assist in the quick and efficient repair of broken machines. Prepares reports documenting work performed. Clean, organize, inventory, stock, and otherwise maintain shop areas, parts, tools, and supplies. Must be able to work overtime with flexible hours as needed. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Mechanically inclined with great problem-solving skills. Able to work safely with electricity preferred. Able to work with hydraulics preferred. The ability to read electrical and mechanical prints is a plus. Must be able to work in a multi-tasking atmosphere & work well in a team environment. Works well independently and with others. Good communication skills. Organized with attention to detail. Vocational or community college with related coursework or equivalent experience preferred. Benefits: Shift differential $0.50 per hour for 2nd shift Shift differential $1.00 per hour for 3rd shift Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans are available Paid Time Off after completion of Introductory Period (60 days) 401K with a company match after the eligibility period Job Type: Full-time From $21.00 per hour and up, commensurate with experience Paper Tech is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
