    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><ol id=\"isPasted\"><li><strong>SCOPE OF POSITION</strong></li></ol><p>To plan, direct and coordinate the Maintenance functions at the Wilmington Plant. &nbsp;This includes but not limited to purchase, placement and removal of equipment, day to day operations. &nbsp;Responsible for safety and machine guarding programs, machine and equipment changes and modifications, asset management, AFE&rsquo;s, Maintenance budgets, facility environmental issues, plant layout and design, machine equipment and design and recordkeeping requirements.
