CAN Community Health is now hiring a Driver Medical Mobile Unit Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday-Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm Pay Rate: $21.25 - $28.10 hourly based on experience Are you passionate about patient care and ready to make a difference every day? We are looking for someone who is passionate about serving the needs of individuals impacted by HIV, Hepatitis C, STI's, and other infectious diseases. Tuition Reimbursement Plan Other voluntary plans are available to support you and your family Career growth opportunities in a supportive environment What You’ll Do The Driver of the Medical Mobile Unit is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of the mobile clinic to designated locations, ensuring timely arrival and set up for healthcare service delivery. This role supports community outreach efforts by enabling access to medical care in underserved areas. Safely operate and drive the medical mobile unit to scheduled locations across urban and rural areas. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and readiness. Assist with setup and breakdown of the mobile clinic, including power, internet, and equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle interior and exterior. Monitor and report maintenance needs, fuel levels, and mechanical issues. Ensure compliance with traffic laws, DOT regulations, and organizational safety protocols.
