The ideal candidate has a strong desire to help others, demonstrates professionalism, and is motivated to make a positive impact.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Position Expectations:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Minimum of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">3 working days per week</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Minimum caseload of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">10 clients</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Expected to work with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">both adolescents and adults</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Compensation is an <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">hourly Fee-For-Service rate</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Must be a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Maryland resident</span>, preferably located near the Baltimore area for potential in-person visits</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support individuals in developing daily living skills, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Guide clients in developing social and emotional skills to foster meaningful relationships and support networks</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Monitor and document individuals’ progress and behaviors</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Implement care plans as directed by supervisors</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensure the safety and overall well-being of individuals under your care</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide holistic, coordinated care</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Complete appropriate and timely documentation in accordance with agency standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Manage and maintain your own schedule, ensuring client sessions and obligations are met consistently</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Skills &amp; Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certification is a plus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Previous experience in direct care or a related field preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience working with adolescents and adults preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong communication and interpersonal skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Knowledge of gender issues counseling, psychopharmacology, or art therapy is a plus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Why Join Aspire?</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of adolescents and adults while gaining valuable experience in the mental health field.
