Whether you&#39;re starting out or leveling up, Academy is a place where fun can’t lose!  </p><p><b>Education</b>:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Supply Chain or relevant field of study is preferred.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Work Experiences: </b></p><ul><li>2&#43; years of Business analysis experience including System design, Solution and system analysis is required.</li><li>Experience in Supply Chain Systems like Manhattan WM (Active), TMS (OTM), YMS(PINC) is preferred.</li><li>Experience in interface mapping is preferred.</li><li>Expertise in JSON, API, EDI is preferred. </li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills: </b></p><ul><li>Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels, both internal and external</li><li>Analytical, with strong problem-solving abilities and creative resolution skills</li><li>Self-motivated, with the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Ability to remain organized, pay strict attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines.</li><li>Understand software delivery lifecycle with focus on requirement management and system analysis.</li><li>Ability to represent complex issues based on comprehensive analysis in a holistic and understandable manner.</li><li>Ability to brainstorm and lead efforts to gather, document and validate requirements where business expertise is lacking or non-existent i.e. “find a way” and accomplish the mission</li><li>Display an understanding of upstream and downstream applications and the implications of proposed requirements and/or solutions.</li><li>Rapid absorption of new information or new domain knowledge. Quick learner – able to pick up new concepts, methods and obtain deep understanding of systems and interface.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities: </b></p><ul><li>Participate in solutions Delivery in development of schedules, delivery of application enhancements, and scope management and ensuring proper escalation management as required.</li><li>Participate and contribute to Solution Review Board sessions or other approval processes as required by Academy project governance.</li><li>Participate and contribute to creating ROI and business case documents related to project requests.</li><li>Lead discussions with project and business teams to understand and document current state and desired process flows, use cases, and mockups.</li><li>Lead discussions with project and business teams to understand and document business requirements, making recommendations in their domain / application related areas.</li><li>Create and obtain approval for Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, and Data Mapping Documents</li><li>Provide recommendations to business process changes internally within IT &amp; to business partners.</li><li>Understands cross functional impacts to applications and integrations within their domain while creating applicable deliverables.</li><li>Lead discussions and ensure understanding of functional changes to the IT design, development &amp; testing teams.</li><li>Serve as Functional expert in documenting use cases and reviewing test case scenarios outlined by SQA including traceability Matrix.</li><li>Continue serving as lead and SME for all completed projects, enhancements, business continuity work, and level 4 support.</li><li>Recommend process improvements and provide feedback pertaining to standard artifact templates and business processes.</li><li>Document and maintain business &amp; IT process flow repositories.</li><li>Able to execute above responsibilities for multiple large to enterprise sized projects simultaneously.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Physical Requirements &amp; Attendance:</b></p><ul><li>Regular onsite attendance required.</li><li>Flexible work schedule to support business needs.</li><li>Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties.</li><li>Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behavior.</li></ul><p></p><h2>Equal Employment Opportunity</h2><p style=\"text-align:left !important\">Academy is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate with regard to employment opportunities or practices on the basis of race, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other category protected by law.<b>​</b></p>",
