From structured career paths and paid professional development to access to industry events, we’re committed to your success.</em></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Lead Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)</span></li>\n<li><span>Manage Jira boards, backlog prioritization, and sprint tracking</span></li>\n<li><span>Identify and remove blockers to ensure team productivity</span></li>\n<li><span>Track and report team performance metrics and velocity</span></li>\n<li><span>Coordinate across teams and stakeholders </span></li>\n<li><span>Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong experience with Jira and Agile frameworks</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience working with software development teams</span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent communication and facilitation skills</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Experience in cloud or AWS-based projects</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience managing distributed or cross-functional teams</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Other requirements:</span></p>\n<p>US Resident | US Citizenship</p>\n<p>Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English)</p>\n<p>Work Modality: Hybrid </p>\n<p>Location: San Juan, Puerto Rico</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Benefits and Perks:</span></p>\n<p>We believe in supporting our employees’ well-being, growth, and work-life balance.
