font-weight: bold\">Lead and deliver end-to-end experience strategy and design</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> across complex digital, service, and brand touchpoints.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Own the design approach</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> from discovery and framing through to delivery and optimisation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Conduct and synthesise </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">research and testing</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> to uncover user needs, pain points, and opportunities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Translate insight into artefacts like </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">lead projects and teams</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">, managing client relationships and delivery outcomes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;
