      "content": "<div>\n\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Work with the project team to prepare technical drawings (Site Plans, Grading Plans, Utility Plans, Erosion Control Plans, and Stormwater Management Design) for use in permitting and construction.</span></li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Assist PM to plan, schedule, conduct and coordinate each of the phases of the project.</span></li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Prepare stormwater calculations, assist in processing permits.</span></li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Provide construction phase services (Site visits, review shop drawings).</span></li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Assist in reviewing local, county, state, and federal project codes for each project.</span></li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Work with the Ware Malcomb consultants and the client's consultants to coordinate all of the various consultants to achieve a complete, coordinated set of contract documents and specifications which will be used for permit and construction.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n\n</div>"

      "content": "<div>\n<div>\n\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">3+ years of experience within the Civil Engineering field</span></li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related program is required</span></li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">EI (Engineering Intern) Certificate required</span></li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Experience working on land / site development projects required.</span></li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Experience drafting stormwater drainage reports and completing drainage design using H&amp;H stormwater modeling software such as ICPR (StormWise), PONDS, HydroCAD, and/or Hydraflow for Florida projects preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Experience preparing Site Plans, Grading Plans, and Utility Plan and Profiles in Florida preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Knowledge of BMP Trains a plus.</span></li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Strong AutoCAD and Civil3D skills required</span></li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Strong computer and written and verbal communication skills are essential.</span>&nbsp;</li>\n\n</div>\n</div>"
