    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Inova Loudoun Hospital</strong>&nbsp;is seeking an experienced <strong>Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Supervisor - Emergency Room (ER)</strong> to join our team. This role is <strong>full-time, nights (Monday – Friday) – three 12-hour shifts (7:00 pm - 7:00 am)</strong>. Rotating holidays + on-call.
