This role is responsible for preparing and applying paint to interior and exterior surfaces, delivering high-quality finishes that align with company standards and are completed within established timelines.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Complete painting work orders within designated timelines, including apartment turnovers</li><li>Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, priming, and repairing drywall or surface imperfections</li><li>Ensure all necessary repairs to drywall, doors, frames, and related hardware are completed prior to painting; coordinate with vendors as needed</li><li>Paint interior and exterior surfaces including walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and common areas in accordance with company standards</li><li>Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality finishes that meet safety and performance standards</li><li>Maintain tools, equipment, and clean, safe work areas at all times</li><li>Document completed work and materials used as directed</li><li>Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational training programs</li><li>Travel between multiple properties as needed</li></ul>",
