This role combines deep technical expertise with hands-on configuration and development experience to ensure scalable, efficient, and reliable order management functionality across Rural King’s omni-channel retail ecosystem. The Lead Developer will partner with the Project Management team to align technical execution with delivery timelines and will collaborate closely with vendor development teams to ensure adherence to best practices, performance standards, and Rural King’s architectural principles.</h1>\n<h1> </h1>\n<ul>\n <li>Design, configure, and enhance solutions within <strong>IBM Sterling OMS on Cloud (OMoC) v10.xx</strong>, supporting order orchestration, fulfillment, and inventory management.</li>\n <li>Develop and customize components within OMS to meet business and integration requirements.</li>\n <li>Utilize <strong>Self Service capabilities</strong> for deployment, application monitoring, queue management, and performance optimization.</li>\n <li>Manage and configure environments using <strong>Sterling Application Manager (SMA)</strong> for deployment and configuration management.</li>\n <li>Leverage <strong>Sterling Business Center (SBC)</strong>, <strong>Order Hub</strong>, <strong>Sterling Store</strong>, and <strong>Sterling Call Center</strong> tools for configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancement activities.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with integration teams using <strong>Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)</strong> and other middleware platforms to ensure seamless communication between OMS, e-commerce, and ERP systems.</li>\n <li>Review vendor-delivered code, configurations, and documentation to ensure alignment with Rural King’s technical and security standards.</li>\n <li>Partner with Project Management to align development activities with sprint cycles, release plans, and deployment schedules.</li>\n <li>Support troubleshooting, defect resolution, and root cause analysis across multiple environments.</li>\n <li>Maintain source code, configuration management, and release process documentation, ensuring traceability and version control.</li>\n <li>Participate in technical design discussions and provide input on system architecture and performance improvements.</li>\n <li>Mentor vendor and partner developers, promoting best practices for OMS customization and extension.</li>\n <li>Use discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.</li>\n <li>Actively participate in learning initiatives offered such as training programs, workshops, and webinars.
