These services ensure IRS applications and systems function as intended, comply with business requirements, and are free of defects before production implementation. The goal is to enhance the taxpayer experience by providing high-quality, accurate service.</p><p>The EST organization within IRS IT supports the modernization of tax processing systems, managing the software life cycle from requirements through to operations.
