You will be instrumental in leveraging cutting-edge AI platforms to enhance employee experience, deliver quantifiable automation benefits, and build resilient HCM solutions across our firm.</p>\n<p>As a Vice President, you will lead the strategy, design and delivery of enterprise-wide HCM AI platforms and solutions from initiation to completion. You will apply exceptional organizational skills, strategic foresight, and impeccable implementation abilities. A strong focus on integrating systems across the full employee lifecycle – from recruitment to retirement – will be essential. You will collaborate with HCM, technology, and business leaders to define roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and implement scalable AI solutions aligned with organizational goals.</p>\n<p>We are looking for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in a fast-paced, complex environment, evidenced by a proven track record of successful AI product design and implementation.</p>\n<p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Articulate and lead the HCM product vision and strategic roadmap, aligning with HCM and business objectives.</li>\n <li>Continuously modernize our AI approach by monitoring new AI patterns, assessing fit-for-purpose use cases, and driving implementation playbooks from pilot to production.</li>\n <li>Develop robust business cases for new AI products and enhancements, including financial justification (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPIs).</li>\n <li>Lead and empower cross-functional teams to deliver complex solutions, ensuring strategic alignment and successful outcomes.</li>\n <li>Foster strong partnerships with Data, Engineering, PMO, and HRIS teams to ensure seamless execution and integration.</li>\n <li>Monitor the evolving AI landscape and translate relevant innovations into HCM strategy and roadmaps.</li>\n <li>Uphold and ensure adherence to governance, data privacy, and regulatory compliance standards across all HCM products.</li>\n <li>Strategically manage vendor relationships, encompassing platform evaluation, selection, contract negotiation, and ongoing performance oversight.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p><strong><u>Basic Qualifications:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.</li>\n <li>Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in product management, leading the strategy, development, and launch of complex, large-scale products – with concrete experience delivering AI-enabled products and / or implementing AI capabilities in enterprise environments</li>\n <li>Demonstrated expertise in the full product lifecycle management from conceptual design and strategic planning to successful launch and sustained adoption.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to strategically prioritize, define, and manage a diverse product roadmap, consistently delivering high-value features and solutions that meet market needs and exceed stakeholder expectations.</li>\n <li>Exceptional organizational acumen and advanced time management capabilities, adept at navigating complex product interdependencies and driving efficient execution across global, cross-functional teams.</li>\n <li>Proficiency with enterprise-grade product management platforms (e.g., Jira), analytics tools, and collaboration software.</li>\n <li>Superior executive-level written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts, influence diverse stakeholders, and present effectively to senior leadership.</li>\n <li>Highly analytical with advanced strategic problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, capable of identifying root causes, anticipating challenges, and developing innovative solutions.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to thrive both independently and as a collaborative leader within a matrixed organizational structure, fostering teamwork and accountability.</li>\n <li>Agile Product Owner/Scrum Master, or other relevant product management certifications are highly desirable.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Preferred Qualifications:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with enterprise HCM systems including Oracle HCM Cloud.<br>\n   &nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<div>\n ABOUT GOLDMAN SACHS\n</div>\n<div>\n <br>\n  &nbsp;\n</div>\n<div>\n At Goldman Sachs, we commit our people, capital and ideas to help our clients, shareholders and the communities we serve to grow.
