Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.</div><div><br>&nbsp;</div><div><div><strong>Job responsibilities</strong></div><div><ul><li>Presents platform strategy, vision and an overview of capabilities to CIB users</li><li>Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap</li><li>Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition</li><li>Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability</li><li>Acts as the main liaison between CIB stakeholders and the Platform team.</li><li>Collaborates with CAOs, CDOs, and Data Technology leads to prioritize business projects and initiatives.</li><li>Translates use case needs into actionable platform requirements and define goals and success criteria.</li><li>Prioritizes requirements based on business value and strategic alignment with CIB objectives.</li><li>Ensures capability enhancements are understood and timelines agreed upon with Platform Product leads.</li><li>Identifies and address tooling gaps in the platform's roadmap, and evaluate key risks with Platform Product, engineering, and architecture teams.</li><li>Delivers iteratively on CIB user needs, resolve platform friction, and drive adoption across CIB.</li></ul></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</strong></div><div><ul><li>5+ years of proven experience in a similar role delivering data &amp; analytics products</li><li>Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics</li><li>Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management</li><li>Strong understanding and hands-on experience with data, analytics, and ML technologies including but not limited to AWS, Databricks, Snowflake</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements.</li><li>Experience in prioritizing and aligning projects with strategic business goals.</li><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics).</li><li>Ability&nbsp;to quickly assimilate new topics and information with excellent attention to detail.</li><li>Good&nbsp;verbal and written communication skills;&nbsp;ability&nbsp;to effectively communicate with senior management</li></ul></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills</strong></div><div><ul><li>Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization</li><li>Knowledge of cloud data science and machine learning services&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with tools for large scale and distributed data analysis (for example Spark)&nbsp;</li><li>Understanding of capital markets, corporate finance, banking and/or asset management</li><li>Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience in large financial institution</li></ul></div></div>",
