This role serves as the on-site leader, balancing elevated guest service with consistent enforcement of policies and operational standards. The Health Club Lead also supports membership growth through renewals and guest engagement.</p><table border=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" width=\"619\"><tbody><tr><td valign=\"bottom\" SOPs</li><li>Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for all guests and members during assigned shifts</li><li>Enforce all Health Club policies, including:</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><ul type=\"circle\"><li>Membership and access guidelines&nbsp;</li><li>Liability waiver requirements&nbsp;</li><li>Guest pass policies and restrictions</li></ul></ul><ul style=\"list-style-type:
