    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p>Spectrum is seeking a talented <strong>Senior Supply Support Analyst</strong> to provide analytical support as well as lead and manage our team in providing on-site technical support to allow our customer&rsquo;s V-22 Programs to support existing and planned program efforts in Philadelphia, PA. This is an incredible opportunity for you to leverage your knowledge, skills, and leadership abilities to facilitate the integration, implementation, and operation of the USN, USAF CV-22 Programs. As the lead, your duties will carry out the following:&nbsp;</p><p>Key Abilities and Responsibilities:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Provide analytical and management support to the Program Manager.</li><li>Monitor and ensure supply actions are in compliance with all regulations and policies.</li><li>Verify data is correct and matches between databases.&nbsp;</li><li>Identify disconnects between the services and pursue corrective actions.</li><li>Act as on-site Subject Matter Expert on supply theory, strategy, and operations relating to CV-22 aircraft.</li><li>Perform as a liaison between all issues regarding supply support and expediting order fulfillment for CV-22 aircraft.</li><li>Identify procedural gaps between services, and other affected organizations, and provide recommendations to implement improvements.</li></ul><p>Required Skills and Experience:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in military supply logistics, specifically USAF</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically with V-22 aircraft</li><li>Experience and working knowledge of USN ERP and USAF ESS databases</li><li>Knowledge of military inter-service supply relations</li><li>Extensive knowledge of USN and USAF supply policies and procedures</li><li>Computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite.</li><li>Education: N/A</li><li>Security Clearance: N/A</li></ul><p style=\"background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); box-sizing: border-box; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: ProximaNova,sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: 1.4285; margin-bottom: 15px; margin-top: 0px; orphans: 2; text-align: center; text-decoration: none; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px;\"><span style=\"background-color: transparent; box-sizing: border-box; color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.87); font-size: 12px;\">Spectrum is proud of our diverse workforce and diligently committed to remaining an Equal Opportunity Employer.
