As part of our multidisciplinary team &amp; therapeutic hub you shall provide specialized assessments &amp; interventions to our service users utilizing adequate SLP strategies ensuring a good quality of practice and standards are reached and maintained. This includes undertaking comprehensive assessments &amp; providing therapeutic package to our service users through individual and group sessions.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(52, 73, 94); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">What you'll be doing</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(52, 73, 94); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Clinical Duties:</span> Delivery of Speech &amp; language Pathology within programme, including the management of caseload of clients with complex needs utilizing the required specialist skills. Monitoring, evaluating, and modifying the treatment, measuring progress and ensuring effectiveness throughout the intervention.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(52, 73, 94); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Communication:</span> Establish &amp; maintain communication networks with other staff members, clients, carers &amp; other health workers &amp; agencies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(52, 73, 94); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Documentation:</span> Providing specialist reports related to Speech &amp; Language Pathology of all service users, ensuring a professional and up to date records and data are maintained throughout.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(52, 73, 94); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Training:</span> Contribute towards the induction and training of students and staff members (internal &amp; external) as required, providing specialist advise as necessary. Take responsibility for the supervision &amp; written assessments of students ongoing a placement at Inspire.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(52, 73, 94); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Service Development &amp; Delivery:</span> Assist in the operational planning and execution of policy and service development.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(52, 73, 94); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Research &amp; Practice Development:</span> Participate in research and audit projects related to Speech &amp; Language Pathology and share findings locally to support evidence-based practice.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(52, 73, 94); font-family: Inter, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Professional Development: </span>Apply specialist SLP skills &amp; knowledge to establish professional competence &amp; fitness to practice as an SLP.
