Check out <a href=\"https://inflow-ns.com/inflowees\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https://inflow-ns.com/inflowees</a> to learn more about what it’s like to be an Inflowee. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What level Clearance do I need?</span> You must possess an active <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Top Secret/SCI</span> clearance.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What will I be doing? </span>You will support providing Advisory and Assistance Services (A&amp;AS) and limited non-A&amp;AS support and expertise to assist the Standoff Munitions Application Center (SMAC) component of Joint-Global Strike Operations Center (J-GSOC) forces at Barksdale AFB, LA, along with other areas/locations CONUS and OCONUS, including deployed locations. In this role, you will:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with researching, developing, analyzing, and reporting friendly and adversary systems/tactics, capabilities, and mission planning products to support standoff weapons planning</li>\n<li>Understanding and able to perform network reconstruction on the links and nodes of the IADS</li>\n<li>Assist with IPOE to catalog and report information necessary for inclusion into successful standoff integration planning efforts</li>\n<li>Coordinate with all echelons of DoD and the Intelligence Community to develop organizational relationships, facilitate research, gather mission planning data and create assessment supporting collection plans</li>\n<li>Coordinate with targeting agencies to ensure that all targeting products are complete, accurate, current and consistent with directed effects</li>\n<li>Provide on-site Intelligence SME advice and assistance to areas of influence that support the standoff weapons integration mission set (i.e.: targeting process, OPLAN development, threat disposition and tracking, common operating picture systems, collaborative mission planning suites, etc.)</li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What experience, training, and education do I need?</span></p>\n<p>You must meet the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">minimum</span> requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">AS or BS in Technical, Engineering, Military Science, or Intelligence-related field plus 6 yrs of military intelligence experience, </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">OR 8 yrs of military intelligence experience in lieu of degree</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Experience analyzing COMINT, MASINT, IMINT, and SIGINT, &amp; supporting military tactical aircraft mission planning</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Experience assessing adversary C2 capabilities and integrating the Joint Targeting process into mission planning and target product maintenance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Familiarity with J2 Command entities in joint operations and evaluations, including training in intelligence support for mission planning and knowledge of joint and service ISR capabilities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Successfully completed a service intelligence course</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Active Top Secret/SCI clearance</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">The following is <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">preferred</span>:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Operational experience in Joint Staff, Air Staff, MAJCOM, or NAF Staff</span></li>\n<li>Fundamental understanding of the IADS and IADS analysis, Mission Planning Combat Operations Experience, and experience working with air crew<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Where is the client site that I would be working for?</span> You will be working in Barksdale AFB, LA, address disclosed after your clearance is verified.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Inflow is an EEO/Affirmative action employer and is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
