      "content": "\n<li>Assists skilled carpenters with constructing, setting, and stripping formwork used in tank construction.</li>\n<li>Learns and applies proper techniques for measuring, cutting, and assembling wood and other materials.</li>\n<li>Travels to job sites throughout the U.S. to support active construction projects.</li>\n<li>Participates in DN Tanks Safety Program and adheres to all safety protocols and procedures.</li>\n<li>Helps maintain tools, materials, and workspaces in an orderly and hazard-free condition.</li>\n<li>Develops an understanding of formwork drawings, tolerances, and construction manuals.</li>\n<li>Supports the installation and removal of shoring, framework, and scaffolding.</li>\n<li>Establishes and tracks DN University training goals with support from the Field Operations Manager.</li>\n<li>Takes initiative to identify hazards and incorporate safety planning into daily tasks.</li>\n"
