    "description": "<p><span>Our team of technicians is responsible for the customization, modification, and maintenance of our impressive fleet of RAM trucks and custom trailers. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Our Fleet consists of: </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>2023-2026 Ram 5500s and Late model custom-built trailers modified to haul multi-million dollar boats! </span></li>\n<li>Our technicians are not responsible for any internal or major powertrain repairs!</li>\n<li>All of our trucks are under warranty; all catastrophic failures/repairs are handled by Team RAM.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Passion for meeting and always exceeding service standards</li>\n<li>Experience with Fleet Maintenance Software</li>\n<li>Experience with iPads</li>\n<li>Capable of following Standard Operating Procedures, as our processes are specific to Palmetto Yacht Management and must be followed at all times. </li>\n<li>High School Diploma or GED</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Experience Performing Automotive/Truck Preventive Maintenance: 1 year (Required)</em></span><br></li>\n<li><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience Servicing/Rebuilding Hubs (Bearings, Seals, Races): 1 year (Required)</span></em><br></li>\n<li>Experience with Electric Over Hydraulic Trailer Brake Systems: 1 year (Preferred)</li>\n<li>Experience with Wiring and troubleshooting 12v DC Systems: 1 year (Preferred)</li>\n<li>Experience with Trailer Suspension Repair: 1 year (Preferred)<em><br></em></li>\n<li>Light Welding Experience: 1 year (Preferred but not required)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of auto/trailer MECHANICAL repair experience.</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience in automotive customization</span></em><br></li>\n<li><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Bodybuilder / Up-fit Experience </span></em></li>\n</ul>",
