    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span style=\"color: windowtext;\"><strong><u>Job Overview</u></strong></span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">As a Receiving Associate, you will help ensure AFW products are safely received from the truck shipment to the warehouse before making its way to our customer’s homes. The Receiving Associate is responsible for safely and efficiently loading, unloading, identifying, and tagging merchandise upon arrival.&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">The ideal Receiving Associate develops strategies to improve receiving efforts,&nbsp;adheres to quality expectations and standards, and&nbsp;has excellent attention to detail. Duties</u></strong></span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\"><i>Typical duties include but are not limited to:</i></span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 24px;\"><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Breakdowns merchandise inside trailers and containers – unstacks and positions merchandise for removal from containers.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Accurately matches packing list to vendor labels and operates radio frequency (RF) scanners to ensure an accurate inventory count.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Accurately identifies merchandise by vendor label and applies matching AFW label to the merchandise when directed by the AFW management team.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Safely loads and unloads merchandise to and from pallets and skids.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Possesses the ability to become certified on various warehouse equipment.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Appropriately and safely uses and operates the following after AFW certification and training: trailer chocks, forklift, reach truck, pallet jack, hand truck, load hoggs, dock plates and more.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Lock Out Tag Out (L.O.T.O) equipment as needed.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Completes all tasks with correct lifting and team lifting techniques.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Ensures department, walking lanes, and nearby areas are clean and professional.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">Works as a team member by interacting and communicating with fellow associates in a cooperative, constructive manner.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;
