    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<ul>\n <li>Attend Daily Shift Start Up Meetings.</li>\n <li>Process and assemble components to customer approved standards.</li>\n <li>Follow written procedures (ODS), monitor quality and communicate production and quality issues to the Team Leader or Supervisor.</li>\n <li>Ensure health, safety and 5S policies and standards are followed.&nbsp;Report any unsafe conditions to Supervisor immediately.</li>\n <li>Inspect components and parts and report any quality issues to Team Leader or Supervisor.</li>\n <li>Move or transfer components and parts to workstations from racks, boxes, carousals, etc.</li>\n <li>Join parts using screws, rivets, clips, welders, etc</li>\n <li>Secure fasteners with manual, hydraulic, and electric tools.</li>\n <li>Apply adhesive appliques, gaskets, etc.</li>\n <li>Trim components and parts using a utility knife or other type of trimming device per ODS.</li>\n <li>Assembly equipment – loading, unloading and properly using Poke Yoke equipment.</li>\n <li>Apply labels correctly to components and packaged parts.</li>\n <li>Inspection of components, defect recognition, and material recognition and contain as necessary.</li>\n <li>Select the packaging of the goods and ensure the goods are packaged professionally.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications (Experience Level, Skills, Knowledge</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>2 -3 Minimum Years of Manufacturing Experience.</li>\n <li>2 years' experience inspecting parts in a manufacturing facility.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Less Than 1 Minimum Years of Experience within the automotive industry.</li>\n <li>Previous experience in manufacturing.</li>\n <li>Ability to remain organized and focused.</li>\n <li>Schedule flexibility is necessary for this role as mandatory overtime may be required due to changing and last-minute customer demands.</li>\n <li>Ability to work under pressure to tight time scales.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate at all levels efficiently.</li>\n</ul>",
