    "requisitionDescription": "\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/21.51.21/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/21.51.21/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <div><div><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>School Based Therapist Position</strong></p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Summary of Job</strong></p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Full-time position; Work Monday to Friday 8-5pm</li><li>Provide therapy services to individuals, couples, and families facing mental, behavioral, and emotional health issues</li><li>Conduct 30 to 60 minute therapy sessions</li><li>Responsible for maintaining caseload of at least 28 clients per week, to include in-office and school based patients</li><li>Complete psychosocial assessments of clients</li><li>Complete clinical documentation in electronic medical record (EMR) system according to policy within a timely manner</li><li>If not licensed, have clinical supervision over cases.</li><li>Provide clinical services to school based program and in office-outpatient<ol><li>Uphold expectations of annual contract&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct child-centered sessions with students at school on weekly basis</li><li>Work collaboratively with parents and staff to meet child&rsquo;s behavior needs</li><li>Participate in training, multidisciplinary meetings, IEP, etc.</li><li>Conduct clinical training requested of school administration for their employees.</li></ol></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Evaluation:&nbsp;</strong>The evaluation of work performance, including: specific duties, responsibilities, demeanor, and work ethic, will be ongoing and implemented by the clinical director<strong>&nbsp;</strong>per center policies.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Hold Master&rsquo;s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling</li><li>Have knowledge of DSM in order to properly assess and diagnose presenting symptoms</li><li>Hold a valid driver license, operable and dependable vehicle, and car insurance coverage</li><li>Familiar with various psychotherapy modalities (e.g., CBT, Person-centered, Family Systems, etc.)</li><li id=\"isPasted\">Must be fully licensed in the state of Georgia.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Compliance:&nbsp;</strong>Adhere to company policies and procedures and all Federal, State and Local medical service requirements to include HIPAA Privacy &amp; Security.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Confidentiality (HIPAA):&nbsp;</strong>Every employee is required to sign a Pledge of Confidentiality.
