The Panel Saw Operator successfully cuts wood material as well as foam for finished material goods per product specification. Cut material efficiently and with the best optimization required for the yield needed. The operator will identify damaged or incorrect materials before cutting.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Responsibilities and Duties</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Producing high-quality finished goods and ensuring efficient and safe machine operation</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Inspecting equipment and performing basic adjustments and preventative maintenance when needed</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Following all Company Safety Rules and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Develop and recommend process improvements</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Set up and operate the equipment. Input measurements and data into the CNC panel saw.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Read drawings or blueprints.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Assists in other production areas when needed.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Equipment: </span></span><span>Forklift, Panel saw, Glue press, Table saw, Sander</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Demonstrated ability to operate machinery</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Must be able to stand for long hours and be able to lift at or above the waist at a maximum of seventy pounds</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Previous experience in a manufacturing setting or a related position.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Mechanical aptitude</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">A great sense of humor</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Ability to prioritize and handle multiple duties/projects at one time</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Work independently with minimal supervision and resolve conflict in a professional manner.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Ability to operate computers (or learn to do so)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Work Environment</span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">:</span></span> <span>Employee is regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
