Starting annual salary within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and/or skillset.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Summary:</strong></p><p>The purpose of the Project Manager is to manage the fulfilment of&#xa0;equipment and system orders&#xa0;placed in North America, from receipt of order to customer&#xa0;site acceptance test. This includes partnering&#xa0;with&#xa0;peers in&#xa0;sales, operations,&#xa0;engineering,&#xa0;and service&#xa0;to&#xa0;deliver&#xa0;equipment that meets customer needs&#xa0;on time and within budget. The Project Manager will create and maintain all project management artifacts and communicate directly with customers. This role necessitates a combination of project methodology expertise, leadership acumen, and business insight to ensure the successful execution of project objectives.</p><p><strong>Essential Functions&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Clarify project scope, goals, budget, and deliverables for customer equipment orders</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive equipment deliveries on time and within the project budget</li><li>Create project documents such as structured customer updates, change orders, budget reviews, and update presentations.</li><li>Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and transparent fashion</li><li>Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and deliverables using appropriate tools</li><li>Identify and troubleshoot problem areas to minimize delays and unplanned events.</li><li>Conduct project retrospectives and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements</li><li>Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals</li><li>Facilitate and maintain project management tools enabling KPI tracking and a consolidated view of all Roselle equipment projects</li></ul>",
