          "text": "<p><strong>WHAT'S THE JOB?</strong></p><p>The Sandwich Maker is an integral member of the Culinary team. Working both day and night shifts, the Sandwich Maker prepares a wide variety of sandwich and specialty items to fulfill the bagged lunch program. The Sandwich Maker will work with Culinary leads to present attractive and well-prepared products each day.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>This posting is for future opportunities within the company at our project in Moosonee, ON.<br>\nThe position involves a remote work lifestyle in a camp setting with the following amenities:</strong></p><ul><li>All meals and accommodations are provided&#xa0;</li><li>Travel is provided to and from the site locations from designated locations.</li><li>Private room with cable television&#xa0;</li><li>Access to Wi-Fi&#xa0;</li><li>Access to laundry facilities and detergents&#xa0;</li><li>Access to a gym and common areas&#xa0;</li></ul><p><strong>Key responsibilities include:</strong></p><ul><li>Preparing&#xa0;all sandwiches according to standard recipes and menus including specialty sandwiches and compounds (i.e.: egg salad, tuna, etc.)</li><li>Properly rotate food products in order to keep spoilage and waste to a minimum</li><li>Monitoring and coordinating&#xa0;the day to day set ups of sandwiches</li><li>Maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace while&#xa0;complying with statutory and company hygiene requirements including floors, counters, shelves, fixtures, fittings, fridges and walls</li><li>Visually inspecting appearance of all cold food for proper color combination and overall presentation to maintain appeal</li><li>Properly rotate food products in order to keep spoilage and waste to a minimum</li><li>Maintaining sufficient inventory levels of all sandwich varieties</li></ul>",
