bold\"><span>Required Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>15</span><span>+</span><span> years of experience in Software Engineering, AI/ML, and Data Science, with 5+ years leading large technical teams.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Strong </span><span>architecture understanding and </span><span>hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, </span><span>LangChain</span><span>, </span><span>LangGraph</span><span>, and Vector Databases.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Deep </span><span>expertise</span><span> in Machine Learning, NLP, Statistical </span><span>Modeling</span><span>, and production AI systems.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Strong background in Distributed Systems, Microservices Architecture, and Cloud-native application development.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Extensive experience with AWS (mandatory), Python, Kubernetes, Data Pipelines, and </span><span>MLOps</span><span>.</span></span><span> <br></span><span><span>Ability to influence executive stakeholders and cross-functional
