Come join our team and be a part of an exciting and rewarding organization!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In this role, you will be responsible for developing and validating thermal models, performing system trade studies, generating temperature and heat transfer predictions, and documenting results to support design and mission decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure robust thermal performance across all mission phases.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Capture and interpret system-level thermal and environmental inputs</li>\n<li>Develop, verify, and validate transient thermal models in Thermal Desktop and Sinda/Fluint</li>\n<li>Conduct system-level trade studies to assess design options and thermal control strategies</li>\n<li>Generate detailed temperature and heat transfer predictions to support mission requirements</li>\n<li>Document analysis results and communicate findings to engineering and program teams<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Mechanical</span> or <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Aerospace Engineering</span> (Master’s degree preferred)</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">5+ years</span> of relevant thermal engineering and analysis experience</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">thermal fundamentals</span> (conduction, convection, radiation, transient analysis)</li>\n<li>Demonstrated proficiency in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">thermal modeling and simulation</span></li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Thermal Desktop</span> and/or <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Sinda/Fluint, </span>experience in<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Star CMM+ </span>is a plus<br></li>\n<li>Excellent communication, teamwork, and technical documentation skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We’re looking for someone who brings <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">technical excellence, leadership, and a commitment to quality</span>—and who shares our <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">passion for advancing safe human spaceflight</span>.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Selected candidate must be a US citizen.
