    "description": "<p><span>FULL-TIME ROLE</span></p>\n<p><span>$22-24 PER HOUR</span></p>\n<p><span>30+ HOURS/WEEK</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span>Job Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Restore the functionality of robots / robot systems on solar site</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems</li>\n<li>Maintain safety standards of equipment and work area</li>\n<li>Provide technical support onsite and offsite</li>\n<li>Report quality problems <br></li>\n<li>Any other task as required by management</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Required Skills:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years' experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting</li>\n<li>Heavy equipment operation experience</li>\n<li>Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check</li>\n<li>Valid DL, vehicle access and clean driving history</li>\n<li>Ability to work daily in hot environments</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and technical skills </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Compensation is based on a tiered wage system, with rates determined by experience, skills, and qualifications. Starting wages will be determined accordingly, with opportunities for advancement as skills develop. Candidates with higher levels of expertise and relevant experience may be placed in a higher tier.
