Description

Overview The Integration & Reporting Specialist is responsible for owning system integrations and enterprise reporting across Centerline’s ERP and operational platforms as part of the enterprise transformation program. This role ensures data flows reliably between systems, reporting is accurate and consistent, and the organization transitions away from fragmented, spreadsheet-driven processes to trusted, scalable data and reporting capabilities. The role is critical to mitigating one of the highest-risk areas of transformation: data quality, integration reliability, and reporting consistency. Responsibilities Own system integrations across ERP and operational platforms, ensuring reliable, scalable, and supportable data flow. Manage end-to-end data movement, transformation, and quality to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness for migration and reporting. Design and deliver standardized enterprise reporting that replaces manual processes and aligns metrics, definitions, and data sources. Support system implementation through integration requirements, solution validation, testing, and data verification. Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements, resolve issues, and align architecture, delivery, and reporting outcomes. Maintain interface documentation and establish integration governance, standards, and reusable patterns to support a sustainable enterprise data foundation. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience supporting ERP implementations or enterprise system integrations Experience designing and managing integrations across multiple systems Experience building enterprise reporting solutions Data integration design (APIs, ETL/ELT, middleware concepts) Data modeling, transformation, and quality management Reporting and analytics development Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and business teams ERP systems and integration ecosystems (Dynamics preferred directionally) Data platforms, ETL tools, or integration middleware Reporting tools (Power BI, SQL-based reporting, etc.) Data governance and lifecycle management concepts Job Condition and Environment Duties are performed in a normal office environment while sitting at a desk. May be required to travel both domestically and internationally for up to two weeks at one time. Expected Hours of Work Normal office hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday Due to global nature of the company and scope of the role, duties may require being available periodically outside of normal working hours Company Overview Centerline Logistics is a leading provider of marine transportation services in the United States.
