These activities will be designed to meet their physical, social, cognitive, emotional, and spiritual needs.</li>\n      <li>Responsible for creating opportunities for daily 1:1 visits with all residents to invite and inform of activities, conversation, support, etc.&nbsp;</li>\n      <li>Maintain accurate daily documentation of the resident’s attendance and participation level</li>\n      <li>Distribute and post material regarding events, programs, activities, etc.</li>\n      <li>Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting recreation space for residents, families, and staff</li>\n      <li>Communicate with Director of Therapeutic Recreation for supply, program, and resident need</li>\n      <li>Provide appropriate therapeutic recreation interventions for residents</li>\n      <li>Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Therapeutic Recreation</li>\n     </ul>\n     <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n     <ul>\n      <li>Must possess a High School diploma or GED</li>\n      <li>Experience working with seniors or in a health care setting preferred.&nbsp;</li>\n      <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office&nbsp;</li>\n      <li>Excellent oral and written communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.</li>\n      <li>Creativity, enthusiasm, and the ability to anticipate resident needs are qualities for success in this position.</li>\n     </ul>\n     <p><i>All new hires must be able to pass our preemployment screening process, which includes a fitness for duty physical, criminal background check, drug test and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility.
