    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Job Summary</strong><br><br>Operates a wide variety of heavy equipment vehicles that perform the spreading and compaction of construction demolition, soil remediation, commercial and residential waste disposed at the post collection facilities and/or particular job sites. Heavy Equipment Operators work closely with other team members and follow safety protocols to ensure efficient project completion while minimizing risks.</p><p>Shift: 6:00pm - 6:00am - 5 on / 3 off<br><br><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Operates heavy equipment in compliance with the company operating safety policies and procedures.</li><li>Conducts routine equipment inspections and minor preventative maintenance on equipment; maintains accurate records.</li><li>Moves and positions raw materials and finished components with use of material moving equipment.</li><li>Follow appropriate standard operating procedures as guideline for operating and maintaining vehicle.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><br><strong>Qualifications&nbsp;</strong><br><br>A. Required Qualifications&nbsp;</p><ul><li>No education required</li><li>must be at least 18 years of age</li><li>1 year previous experience operating heavy equipment</li><li>Capable of operating this equipment: - Skid steer, tractor, mini, etc.)</li><li>Valid driver’s license</li></ul><p><br>B.
